• Maya Ubud Resort and Spa is set in a hillside garden high above two river valleys. It is just minutes by foot from Ubud, a remarkable town that is often considered the “heart and soul of Bali.” Ubud is known for dining and cultural attractions like fine arts, dance, and music.


• Several airlines service Bali including China Airlines, Continental Airlines, Eva Air, Singapore Airlines, and others.


• A travel visa is granted upon arrival, costs $25.00 U.S. currency, and is valid for 30 days. **Your passport MUST be valid for more than six months past the arrival date.


• Departure costs approximately $15.00 per person ($150,000 Indonesian rupiah), and must be presented with the departure card you will receive on your inbound flight.


• Rupiah (Rp) is the currency in Indonesia and Bali. ($1.00 U.S. currency is equivalent to approximately $9,000.00 rupiah. Before traveling, check for updates on the most current exchange rate.)

• You must book your travel package at least 30 days in advance. It is advised to send an inquiry to our travel coordinator with your desired dates to confirm room availability at Maya Ubud (before booking air travel and any other arrangements). Once your transaction with the auction is complete, you will receive additional details for booking your Bali getaway.


• Please note: An additional $37/night high season surcharge is in effect from July 15 through September 30, and from December 20 through January 5. (Surcharges are payable directly to Maya Ubud.)


• Your Maya Ubud Bali vacation package is non-transferable and non-refundable and may not be given to any other person or organization.


• Your Maya Ubud Bali vacation package may not be passed to other organizations and may not be bartered or sold.
