Five 90-minute sport -specific training sessions. Programs include: general conditioning, baseball, basketball, football, hockey, lacrosse, running, soccer and volleyball.
Improves speed, conditioning, running mechanics, agility and coordination skills.
Special Instructions
For youths ages 10 to 18 years, high school and college athletes, and adults.
Sessions must be initiated by July 30, 2010
