Aerobic Fitness and Shaping Class for Women

Description
A unique shaping method that was developed especially for women with a focus on thighs, glutes, stomach, arms, pelvic floor and core strength. The class is 45 minutes long and can be given to six women or less.
Special Instructions
Participants should come in comfortable clothes and sports shoes.
Can either be given at winner's home (Manhattan and outer boroughs only) or at a location on the Upper West Side.
