Zena Applegate's mom, Nuha, makes wonderful Lebanese Food and every Wednesday Chaparral moms put their orders in for the dinner she makes. Zena emails out the menu earlier in the week, you RSVP that you want dinner on Wednesday. Then you stop by Zena's house which is right by the school and pick up your dinner in to-go containers. All you do is reheat that night! Mom, give yourself a night off!
