A single-malt scotch tasting of 4 exquisite and rare whiskeys up to 21 years of age will be conducted for you and 3 friends by Dr. John Castellot, who is rather well-practiced in the art of whiskey sampling.  The tasting will be accompanied by apple wood-smoked salmon and smoked cheeses prepared by Dr. Castellot from an ancient recipe designed to perfectly complement the whiskey.  The time and place of the tasting will be arranged by mutual consent of the participants.  If you could find these single malts in a local bar or restaurant, the cost of imbibing would be at least $100, per person!
