Tax will be charged to the winner in CA, CO, FL, MD & WI.  Highest bidder will receive further information after the auction closes to schedule. Some dates may be restricted due to taping schedules and availability. Call at least two weeks in advance to coordinate visit. Airfare/transportation and hotel not included. Meet and greet will vary based on the host of the show the day of the tour.

The nature and all details of the set visit will be determined by the Access Hollywood ("Program") producers (“Producers”) and NBC Universal, Inc. (“NBCU”) in their sole and exclusive discretion, subject to availability and production exigencies. Winning bidder must be at least 18 years of age (or if under the age of 18, must have signed parental/guardian permission) and available during the Program’s production schedule, specifically, on the dates selected by Producers and NBCU.  If production of the Program is cancelled prior to winning bidder’s set visit, NBCU will make reasonable efforts to provide a set visit to the winning bidder on another NBCU show filmed in Burbank or Universal City.  Winning bidder and each guest must sign NBCU’s “Set Visit” Release form before traveling to the set and follow all instructions given by the Producers and NBCU.
