Redeemable for merchandise or services at any Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) store. This card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Additional value may be loaded on the card by an IFA associate at the register. IFA is not responsible for the security of the card. If lost or stolen, your card, with any remaining balance, will be replaced upon presentation of the original purchase document showing the card number. After 24 consecutive months of non-use, a $15 per month dormancy fee will be deducted from the balance until the card is used or depleted, except where prohibited by law.

Important:  Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up at the MDA Salt Lake City Office.  If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.  MDA will make every attempt to combine shipment of items; however, if items you purchased during this auction are located in multiple MDA offices, you may incur additional shipping charges.
