12 loaves of French or Whole Wheat Oatmeal; 1-pound loaves more or less. Delivered Sundays, one or two at a time to the North Room (or any time and place agreed to by buyer and baker). French bread (by national law) can have only 4 ingredients; flour, water, salt and yeast. The recipe I use is 175 years old from Grenoble. (I might add oil and/or honey to accommodate American tastes.) The Whole Wheat is from a recipe found in Anger (pronounced AN-ZHAY). There is almost never any anger making bread!
