Can only be used for designated City of Santa Monica community programs.  Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, have no cash value and cannot be sold.  Remaining balance may be applied to future classes-no cash refunds.  Not valid if copied or altered.  Enrollment in classes is on a first come, first served basis.  Gift certificates do not guarantee space in camps, classes or lessons.  If classes are dropped, where applicable, a processing fee will be charged. Must be redeemed in person at the registration location for each program.  Can be redeemed any time and have NO expiration date.
