Opening its doors on June 19th 2008, RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen is the first of its kind. Drawing upon memories of meals his mother made, executive chef Mohan Ismail has created an innovative menu that brings together the exotic tastes of 6 Southeast Asian countries.

Taking its name from an essential ingredient used by Asian chefs, RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen offers a place of discovery for uninitiated taste buds. Showcasing the signature cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and India, RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen captures the spirit and flavor of Southeast Asia. RockSugar Pan Asian Kitchen also features a stunning bar, with an impressive wine list and intriguing cocktails like our Saigon Bourbon Smash. And any one of the dozen desserts made fresh from the onsite bakery makes for the perfect finish.
