The research and body of literature on Emotional Intelligence (EI) have exploded since the mid 1990's and continues to grow and be refined.

You will be invited to do the assessment and get coached upon the result.

 We will focus on exploring four areas:

1. your ability to access and name your experience


2. your capacity to experience distress and manage it in ways that help you re-establish equilibrium or balance without requiring others to change


3. your ability to identify what another person is experiencing and to know what that must be like


4. How your EI impact your leadership effectiveness
