Monthly desserts include: German Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Pudding Layer Dessert, Peanut Butter Fudge Sheet Cake, Almond Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake, Fruit Pizza, Heath Bar Cake, Carrot Cake, Swan House Chocolate Pie, Warm Apple Spice Cake, Pecan Pie, Coconut Cake and one month you get to choose from Sarah's Famous Cake List! A week's notice is required each month before the dessert is needed and desserts must be picked up at the Ronald McDonald House in Chattanooga!
