Entertain 25 of your Amigos with a fabulous Mexican spread prepared by Friends of the Ronald McDonald House. The delectable menu includes: beef tamale pie, chicken enchiladas, chicken stuffed tortillas, turkey avocado tortilla wraps, seven layer dip, four-layer taco cheese dip, black eyed pea salsa, homemade guacamole and tortilla chips, pistachio four layer dessert, brown sugar cinnamon crisps, and fruit salsa. Food items must be requested 2 weeks in advance and be picked up at the Ronald McDonald House on the day of your fiesta. Your party also includes the Margarita Mac Machine for a 1-day rental and includes the flavor mix of your choice. You must supply the alcohol! Machine can be delivered within a 35-mile radius of Chattanooga. A 2 week notice is required. Have fun making your own margaritas!
