HELEN ROSE HENNESSY 

Helen, an award winning artist, and her husband and business manager, Rick, run the SEA ROSE GALLERY, the artist’s seaside home and studio.

Noted for colorful local scenes, Helen specializes in seascapes, landscapes and floras. A retired RN, Helen also holds a BA in ART and has painted with noted art instructors in the seacoast area including Doris Rice, Jan Kilburn, Judy Wagner, Claudette Gamache and Bret Gamache.   

Helen has been a member of Maine Women in the Arts, Seacoast Art Association and presently a member of York Art Association (YAA) and is past President and past VP of YAA.

We are custodians of the worlds’ beauty. We strive to create in our limited way what only the Creator has created perfectly. What joy to perhaps at times capture but a tiny reflection of the world’s majestic beauty and to share it with others.
