Born and raised in the New York metropolitan area, Larry enlisted in the US Air Force in 1968. The Air Force took him to Britain where he met his wife, Victoria. During Larry's varied military career, he earned a BS in Engineering and an MS in Systems Management, finally retiring as an officer in 1988.

Larry has pursued his love of photography, which he believes is the "capturing of light,"for much of his life. He has been capturing light quite beautifully for many years. "I'm a trained technical person so I gravitated to a technical art form where I have to think logically and technically about how to capture the image."

Larry has earned a number of awards, along with juried membership in both the League of NH Craftsmen and the NH Art Association. Both Larry and Victoria currently reside in Kittery Maine.
