Jane O'Connell earned her bachelors degree from Douglass College and her masters from Syracuse University. Her early love of art led her to explore various mediums, ultimately settling on watercolor which she enjoys for its transparency, spontaneity, and vibrance.  She has been working exclusively in watercolor for over thirty years.  Jane has participated in innumerable solo and group shows, and her commissioned works are in homes and offices in various parts of the country.  In addition to her New England landscapes and flowers, her recent works include images of Italy, France, Mexico and Barbados.
