Since our inception in 2001, we have been offering in-depth, up-to-date, and personalized teaching instruction in the Power Pilates®, STOTT PILATES®, GYROTONIC®, and
GYROKINESIS® methods of body conditioning. In addition, we are authorized pre-trainers for GYROTONIC LEVEL 1 and an approved hosting site for Power Pilates® instructor training.

We were New Hampshire’s first fully-equipped and certified facility to introduce these innovative fitness methods to the Seacoast. At Studio 7, one can experience these forms of exercise in a private, semi-private, and group session format.
