Price includes green fees for 18 holes of golf per day for 4 people (you have your choice of 2 of the courses at Port Royal or one course at Shipyard Plantation), and 1 hour of tennis per day. You are responsible for cart fees for golf, and a maintenance fee of $150. Full use of Westin facilities including spa, heated indoor and outdoor pools, and beautiful beach which is only a short walk or shuttle ride away. In addition, the condo overlooks a pool, and there is a grill for cooking.
