Special Instructions
The gift certificate will be valid for one time use and must be used in full, as no certificate will be issued for remaining balances. The gift certificate expires on October 29, 2010. Please make your reservation one week in advance and provide use with your gift certificate number for confirmation. In the event the reservation is cancelled, the dinner must be rescheduled within one week's time or gift certificate will be voided. Please present the certificate upon arrival to the restaurant. Only original gift certificates will be accepted. Photocopies will not be honored. Sales Tax, 20% gratuity and any additional items served outside Chef Massoud food and wine selection are the responsibility of the gift certificate holder. Black Out Dates: Friday's, Saturday's, Halloween's Day, All of November 2009, All of December 2009, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.
