Do you have a food allergy or sensitivity that makes satisfying your sweet tooth complicated?  Or, are you trying to cut back on carbs, but need your sweet treats?  I will custom bake to order any alternative baked good that suits your needs.  I have been baking gluten-free for 10 years and have experience baking other "free" treats.  I do gluten-free, egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free, even grain-free, or any combination of these. Think lemon-almond polenta cake, date & brown sugar muffins, chocolate hazelnut cake, banana coconut muffins, Christmas sugar cookies, castagnaccio (Italian chestnut cake), gluten-free oatmeal lace cookies.  I use gourmet ingredients and wholesome alternative grains and nutmeals. 

Pick four occasions (holiday, birthday, party, etc.), and let me know the kinds of baked goods you want.  Relax, and let me bake for you!  Two weeks advance notice required. Expires November, 2010.
