A Pure Bliss Party is the perfect birthday party for your child. Included is a cupcake decorating party for 7. Each child gets an unfrosted cupcake, unlimited toppings and buttercream to decorate with, and milk or juice.  The guest of honor gets a jumbo cupcake! Bliss Bakeshop will provide all the set-up/clean-up and assist with the decorating if needed. (Value is $55 for 7 children... Each additional child is $7) Limitations: Date needs to be agreed upon by Bliss Cupcakes in advance and no more than 14 children.
