Enjoy a French Bistro Dinner for six persons cooked by Beth and Jeff Davis and served in the comfort of their Amherst home! Much of the six course meal will be cooked in their wood oven, inspired by techniques learned at a cooking course in Provence. Courses are accompanied by different French wines, and the cheese course is made up of a variety of cheeses flown in from France.
