Quilter Carol Kiltyj sees the creation of a quilt as being much like the writing of a poem - very personal, as she works alone, with the pieces of cloth being like words - having to place them in the right place after a bit of moving around.

You will enjoy this graphic quilt, created in solids and patterns, primarily in reds, greens and other earthtone colors. Measuring 87" x 61", this "Shadowbox" pattern quilt would make an ideal wall hanging or could be used on a twin bed. The quilt is all cotton, machine pieced and hand quilted, with cotton batting.

Carol, who lived on Nantucket for many years, has shared her lovely creations with both family and friends.  Quilting for over 30 years, Carol's work has included both traditional designs and original patterns.
