This photograph is from the "Asylum" Series, a journey into the Taunton State Hospital established in 1854.
David Lee Black is an award winning photographer and musician. Originally from Missouri, David moved the New England area in 1985 and he has been exhibiting ever since. His work had been show throughout the United States, Europe and China. His work has been used on record labels and other commercial ventures. He uses his love of photography and music in combination for his work as an expressive arts therapist.
