Description

28" X 21 1/2" Watercolor

“Poppy” is a brilliant watercolor study that is executed in precise detail. With its clean lines against a white background, this little flower takes on a scientific beauty. The muted greens of the leaves and stems lead the eye upward and allow the vivid red, orange, and yellow of the poppy petals to pop all the more effectively.
