Description
15" X 19" Oil on linen
Noble paints a tranquil scene depicting an old-fashioned farm and trees in the winter season. His neutral color palate of pale grays, blues, and browns capture the outdoor winter lighting with preciseness, with just a hint of sunlight in a splash of pale yellow on the left side of the plane. Noble executes this simple scene with a painterly stroke, giving texture to the snow hanging from trees and rooftops.
Bill Noble paints in acrylic and oil. His favorite subjects are seascapes, landscapes and Cape Cod architecture. Bill is represented by The Premier Image Gallery in Ashland, MA, The Watershed Gallery in Pocasset, MA and the Botanical Boutique in New Seabury, MA. Bill will have one MA show of his work at the Franklin Suites Hotel in Franklin, MA from January 1 through March 31, 2008.
