Description

Raku Fired Square Platter on 3 legs with Red Glaze.


This platter is glazed with concentric bands of red and gold, then speckled along the edges.  The wide gold band has an iridescent shimmer.  It stand on three legs.  John leaves these sitting on his garden walls to collect rain water for the birds.


John Fazzino has a BFA from RISD and an MFA from Swain School of Design, University of Massachusetts, South Dartmouth.  He owns his own design company specializing in three dimensional garden arts, reflecting his love of gardening.  He was juried into the “Out of the Blue” show in 2008 at the Attleboro Arts Museum.  His work is in numerous private collections in the US and he shows his work frequently throughout the United States.
