Maira says, "This is a painting from my extensive "Windows" series.  Windows for me are full of meaning and mysteries.  They are passageways to emotions, memories, hopes and dreams."

Maira Reinbergs in a Mass. College of Art graduate.  Two of her paintings were exhibited in Ventura, CA in a show called “Small Treasures from Latvian Artists”.   This year, Maira had a show at the Krause Gallery in Providence, RI. titled “Layers of Light and Color.”  Her works were also on display at the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Boston and Gallery 297 in Bristol, RI.  One of her paintings is part of the permanent collection of the Valmiera Museum in Latvia.
