Description

45" X 38" Acrylic on canvas

Kattman illustrates an impressionistic-inspired, natural scene that focuses on four flowering trees in the foreground. There is a brightness to the color scheme, accentuated by a gold frame, which we can also see in vibrant hues of pink, blue, and green. The artist additionally conveys a sense of movement throughout the piece, utilizing a slanted, crisscrossing broad brushstroke. Such movement and color may indeed remind the viewer of a blustery summer afternoon.
