Item # 4 is "Carousel Horses" by artist Chick Peterson, donated by Picture This Galleries and Framing Centers of Providence and Wakefield.

Part of Peterson's "Memories" collection, this work tells several stories -ones the carousel creatures would relate themselves, if they could talk!

 Raised in Illinois, Peterson sketched horses, cowboys and Indians as a boy, but only turned to art professionally later in life.
