This is "Blonde", a multimedia piece created by artist Larisa Micheletti of Cranston, RI. Both an easel painter and muralist, Larisa focuses on a number of themes. This work, combining acrylic colors and fabric, is an example of her penchant for illustrating feminine forms of emotions, moods and characters. It's an ideal companion to another of Larisa's works in our auction, Item # 106 - Brunette.

Originally from Turkmenistan - then a part of the USSR - Larisa earned a BA in Design and Art from the University of Textile Industry in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 1993. She came to the United States in 1995 and continues pursuing her true passion - art!

The focus of a solo show at the Hive Gallery in Pawtucket, Larisa's work is featured at Complements Art Gallery, Warwick, RI.
