This is Woonsocket Overlook from Barrington, RI artist Penelope Manzella. Prolific, accomplished and long productive in several media, Penelope's sculpture technique was profiled in American Artist magazine as early as September, 1979.

 More recently, she has been documenting our area's heritage of industrial architecture in oil, as seen here. Her work was recognized  by the Pawtucket Arts Festival, which chose a Manzella painting of a mill in that city for their 2009 event's posters. Penelope is a member of the Providence Art Club, the Copley Society and the Art League of Rhode Island.
