Rhode Islander Carlos Arturo Ochoa Olarte works in sculpture and stained glass, as well as oils, the medium used in this original piece, Spinning Tornado. His works feature bright colors and are always full of life!

Colombian-born,  Carlos was awarded the keys to the city of Pawtucket for a recent exhibition of his works at the Blackstone Valley Visitors' Center.
