High in the Berkshires is title of this original oil-on-canvas by celebrated artist Harley Bartlett of Hope, RI.

You've seen Harley's handiwork firsthand in the Rhode Island statehouse, where he painted the clouds on the ceiling. (He's done similar work in Des Moines and Salt Lake City.) Harley has restored church interiors, is a past president of the Providence Art Club and operates Thomas Street Studios, which tackles national interior design projects. He's one-third of The Elevens, along with fellow artists Del-Bourre Bach and Anthony Tomaselli.

Harley's work is seen at numerous galleries, including the Donovan Gallery of Tiverton Four Corners; the Powers Gallery in Acton, MA; and Willoughby Fine Art of Edgartown, MA.
