This is Poppies in Bloom from Cumberland, RI artist Natalie G. Vecchio.

An artist for over 50 years, Natalie demonstrated her love of lifelong learning by earning her BFA at URI at the age of 77. At 85 she continues to thoroughly enjoy painting in several media and giving private lessons. Natalie's easygoing, hands-on approach is evident in this cheerful, relaxing, original watercolor floral.
