It's one of the places that makes Rhode Island's revived capital city such a great place to be. It's the Skating Rink Downtown Providence by artist George Turlo.

The original painting was created in 1998, when the rink was nearly new. This giclee is in an antiqued silver, al-wood frame, double-matted, by Eastern Art and Frame.
