"The blue margarita family brings its roots from downtown Mexican-town of Detroit, Michigan. The family began its food business with Armando's in 1967 with one of the first Mexican restaurants in Southwest Detroit. In 1991, Los Galanes was opened in the heart of Mexican-town Detroit (which still stands today). Angelina's Mexican Restaurant of Allen Park, MI was added, followed by the Blue Margarita in the downriver Michigan area in November of 2008.

With only serving downriver Michigan from Woodhaven since November of 2008, the Blue Margarita has already started to grown quite a reputation. The warm and fun atmosphere allows guests to feel right at home.
