Iyengar Yoga: Kathleen has been teaching for 23 years and has developed an eye for students' personal alignment and for their personal processes. In 1990, she successfully completed an International Teacher Certification in the Iyengar Hatha Yoga style. She has taught numerous workshops and seminars as well as yoga teacher training. Kathleen is also certified by Yoga Alliance as a 500 hour yoga teacher. Kathleen holds an M.S. in Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture) and teaches T'ai Chi Ch' (yang style). She continues to commit time to community out reach programs, with focus on self-care health.
