Private dinner for 8 by Hell's Kitchen 2008 Finalist and celebrity chef Lou Petrozza. Chef Petrozza and an assistant will prepare a menu for 8 in your home. Chef Petrozza will work with you on the menu; he'll arrive 2 hours prior to prep; guests are welcome to arrive early to talk and observe, enjoy hand selected wines for you and your guests!
