Enjoy a 3 bed/2 ½ Bath Oceanfront cottage on secluded Bald Head Island, NC that sleeps 6. Choose from the following weeks: Wednesday 11/25-12/02 (Thanksgiving week), Thursday 12/10 - 12/17, Thursday 2/4 - 2/11. Leave it all behind -- you can only reach the island by boat and cars are not permitted! You will have use of a 6 person golf cart and bicycles. Temporary memberships are available @ The Shoals Club and the BHI Club (tennis and golf). Just a 4 hour drive from Charlotte then a 20 minute ferry ride to the island. Activities available on BHI include the Maritime Forest golf course, bike riding, walk to Cape Fear along the beach,Turtle Conservatory, climbing the BHI Lighthouse, kayaking through Baldhead Creek, exploring Middle Island, 4 Island restaurants, grocery store, and sunsets on the beach. Restrictions: No smoking, no pets.
