Butch is a 13 year old diabetic cat.  Butch is an original CatNap cat.  He was adopted many years ago and was in a loving home for several years.  Unfortunately his "mom" passed away and no one in the family wished to keep Butch because he became diabetic.  We have tried to adopt Butch but he prefers living at the shelter in a nice comfortable cage.  He really doesn't like other cats and has favorites among the people here at CatNap.  His one loving characteristic is his loud purr.  When he is happy, he purrs up a storm and sounds so unique it's hard to describe.  Butch's medications cost approximately $50 per month plus he must be on moist food and needs to be checked so that his insulin level stays steady.  We are asking for a sponsor for 6 months to a year for Butch's needs.  The winner will receive a framed photo of Butch as well as progress updates.
