Five 2010 Festival of the Arts passes for two.  These passes to the 2010 Festival of the Arts in Laguna Beach admits two each. The value of five passes is $70 and admits 10 people. The Festival of the Arts was voted one of the top 10 art shows in the U.S. July 5 thru August 31, 2010.
