Description
These are the trips you have heard about from your friends....so come on and join us for an increditable journey on New River and thru its estuaries!
You will cruise aboard the Protector pontoon boat and see first hand the staggering amount of wildlife and aquatic habitat thriving in New River. Wherever we travel, we endeavor to provide the best wildlife-watching opportunities possible while relating the challenges and history to our New River guests! (While we often see the bald eagles, alligators, lots of turtles, fish jumping in the water, otters, and a host of ospreys, but each cruise is different and we can't promise the wildlife we will see on any cruise.)
This tour will accommodate up to 8 persons! Caution: Children under 6 often do not adapt well on these cruises.
Life jackets and non-alcoholic beverages are provided on this 90 minute to 2 hr cruise. Weather permitting we allow our guests to determine if the cruise goes beyond 90 minutes.
(NO ALCOHOLIC beverages are allowed on NRF watercraft.)
Cruise will launch from Marina Cafe or Northeast Creek in Jacksonville. Date has to be reserved in advance. NRF will make every effort to accommodate our guest's schedule.
