Protected in a plastic sleeve is the original sheet with Phil Ochs' article, "The Art of Bob Dylan's "Hattie Carroll".   Included is the note that Bob Dylan is to be at the Newport Folk Festival workshop on topical songs Fri. afternoon, July 24.  On the reverse side are two songs with music and lyrics:  Birmingham Sunday and Rabbi and Two Youths Beaten in Mississippi
