Description

You are bidding on the creation of an Estate Plan for you or your designee by attorney James P. Lamping of the Law Firm Gaw Van Male.

This package includes a living trust, wills, advanced health care directives, HIPPA releases, financial powers of attorney, and certain other associated documents.

The winner will be responsible for out of pocket costs, such as recording fees; however, these are typically nominal.

As with all Gaw Van Male estate plans, the creation of this estate plan entitles the winner to meet with a Gaw Van Male attorney once per year in the future, without charge, to review their estate plan.  This estate plan covers the typical middle class family.  Additional arrangements can be made for persons with taxable estates, multiple pieces of real property, or certain other complex issues.

Due to the rules governing the practice of law, the winner will need to clear a conflicts of interest check, and any communications concerning this item prior to the representation being formalized will not be considered to form an attorney-client relationship.  For example, if you are an opposing party in an ongoing lawsuit, the rules governing the practice of law would prohibit us from representing you.

Please email Jim Lamping at jlamping@gawvanmale.com with any specific questions as to what is covered in the auction item.
