Foster's wine business will be retained and reshaped with Australian Wine and Beer, Cider & Spirits divisions to be structurally separated.  Existing wine businesses in the Americas and Europe, Middle East and Africa will be maintained. Asia Pacific wine will be managed separately to focus on growth opportunities.


Global supply operations will be integrated within regional businesses to create discrete business units comprising sales, marketing, supply and functional support. A number of non-core vineyards, wine brands and wineries will also be sold.
