Thompson, who regularly travels out west, fell in love with the feel of the area as well as the food. “The flavor of our food as well as the experience we provide is authentic,” he says. “All our steaks are well seasoned and cooked over hardwood flames. It’s very unique and I think that’s why when we chose to grow the concept it has been successful,” he says. Specialties include steaks grilled over the open flame, herb roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, hearty pasta, awesome burgers and giant salads.

“It’s the kind of place you can go grab a burger (a really good one), before a movie or make a night of it and enjoy a steak and a great bottle of wine,” Thompson says. "That’s what makes it so appealing."
