In this muted oil painting by Ricardo Rivas, a somber set of deserted white stucco buildings sit on a quiet waterfront in an unidentified foreign port. Three small fishing boats are moored in the still water just beyond a boardwalk pier. Brown molded frame (36-by-27 inches) needs some repair, but the painting is in good shape.
