Shape up for Spring with 6 personal training sessions by yourself or with a friend! No such thing as will-power, you have to commit to 2 sessions per week for 3 consecutive weeks. The first session will include an assessment of body composition, posture, movement and strength. A program will be designed and put to use for the following sessions.
