At the Tucson Tamale Company we don’t sacrifice quality or skimp when it comes to our tamales.  We use quality meats like sirloin beef and pork loin and slow roast them to coax out all the natural goodness.  Great spices like Sea salt, freshly milled Muntok white and Malabar black peppercorns.  All of our fillings are made fresh right here.  Our masa is lard free, we use a heart healthy oil blend and vegan broth to keep our masa crisp, light, fluffy and moist.  There are no trans fats, hydrogenated oils or cholesterol in our Masa.  Everything we sell is gluten free.  We buy local and use certified organic everywhere we can.  Each Tamal is hand rolled.  And our tamales are big.  There’s as much filling as there is masa.  Our tamales are 3 times bigger than other tamales you’ll find.  You simply won’t find a better tamale or a tamale better for you anywhere.  In short these are the best tamales you’ve ever had.  And they make great gifts.
